OLX is responsible for providing a platform to connect both sellers and buyers and facilitating the use of delivery couriers to complete the transaction.
The shipping company shall be held liable, without any liability on OLX, for matters related to the delivery service and/or any loss, injury and/or damage that occurs for the items while they are in the custody, possession or control of the shipping company or those resulting from the performance of the shipping company or its failure to perform transportation services. The shipping company shall be held liable without any liability whatsoever on OLX.
